Registration fee includes all program sessions, networking breaks, lunch, and a copy of the program materials. Name badges will be held at the Registration Desk in the Grand Horizon Room Foyer on the third floor of Covel Commons in Sunset Village on the UCLA Campus and will not be mailed in advance.

All requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked, faxed, or emailed not later than March 24, 2008 to:

Please note that a processing fee of $40 will be deducted from all refunds and that no refunds will be processed prior to the Symposium.
